The subject of my letter is reclamation or a repair of a bike sold in your shop on November 25th, 2006. I had bought an entirely new bicycle with a brand name BMX in your shop, and when I tested it, the foot pedal broke.
When I tried to solve a problem by fixing a pedal with screwdriver, it fell off once again. However I decided to write you this letter and to ask you for replacement of a whole bicycle or to get my money back. In a case you do not agree with my request, please let me know how would you solve this problem.
If you do not answer my offer, in a case of need I will to contact my lawyer and we can solve it on a court. I have never had a bad experience with shopping in your agency, so I hope we will find an agreement between both of us. I would be pleased to hear from you soon.
