So, the prevention is very important because it´s better than cure. We must to keep our regimen. It´s: live healthy lifestyle, eat healthy food – vegetables, fruit, a lot of vitamins, do some sport and sleep at night at least 8 hours. But sometimes we don´t feel well and we are ill. Many people, especially in autumn, winter and early spring, suffer from cold.

Than you should staying in the bed, taking pills, keeping warm, gargling and drinking herbal tea with honey or lemon.

Unfortunately we found incurable diseases, too, where medical science and doctors try their best, but they still can´t find an efficient remedy or treatment. The most danger are cancer and AIDS. It was identified in 1981 from virus HIV. It´s a viral disease and it´s imapirs the imune system.
