I am presently studying English at the university and I would like to improve my language skills even more when in contact with the customers.

I graduated from Grammar School in Senica in Slovakia. During my studies I cooperated with Tourist Inform Agency in Trnava which familiarized me with working with the public and helped me to make myself invaluable to the team. My most recent employment has been as an au-pair in England. I chose to do this after finishing high school because I wanted to improve my English and acquire an understanding of life style and traditions of a different culture. My employers appreciated my sense for details, ability to work under pressure and to manage work tasks in a timely manner.
