Young families and living

Each young family wants to live separated from parents, I mean alone. But it is not so easy. They are usually too young to buy something own. They can rent something or apply for a mortgage. But they will be repaying it for next at least 15 years just to live together. Of course they can pay it only when they both work and have enough high salary. And there is a big problem. If they should risk it or stay with parents and spare money.

Pros and cons of living in house and in flat.

Flat + -

• not lot of space to tidy up
• many neighbours who you can talk to
• small children can go outside with the other and you can see them because in condominium there is a playground
• not so high cost of living
• the bills for water and electricity are lower because of not so large space
• you are not in nature but in busy city full of emissions
• you can have feeling that you don’t have enough space for living
• feeling that it isn’t yours because it is too small for you

House + -

• also whole family can live together
• it is yours
• enough space
• you can potter and relax in garden
• you can make what you want to
• no neighbour can envy you and backbite you because they don’t know everything about you
• you have to tidy up a big space
• you have a high bills for the electricity and heating
• your small children don’t have playground where they can play with other children
• usually are not in the centre of the city but on the suburb or in residential areas or in the countryside

Our flat

We have typical 3- room flat. From the hall you can go in each room. In hall we in the right sight is large built- in – wardrobe with mirror and opposite to the door the are two doors, one to toilet, second to the bathroom, because it is separated. Between these two doors is modern picture which my parents got as a present to a marriage.

Our bathroom is blue because my mother loves blue. So everything expect washing machine, bath,.... is blue. On right side of the hall there is kitchen and room of my brother.

Our kitchen is very typical and not luxurious &modern just the most necessary things....everything in our flat is quite new because two years ago we reconstructed it. My brother has the smallest room from all but he has big advantage. In this room is computer. He has on the left side one wardrobe and bed.

Opposite to the door is window and on the right side there is a system of wardrobes. On the floor is grey carpet. Opposite to his room is living room which is also the bedroom of my parents. On the floor is green carpet and furniture and sofa are light brown.

All walls expect ceiling are yellow and we have black technology and stationary bike. Which we don’t use because of not enough time. My favourite room is my own room because it think that it is the most beautiful room in our flat.

It is the second largest room with white walls and blue yellow carpet with geometrical ornaments. Instead of bed I have yellow sofa. Over the sofa I have one shelf with flowers and presents from my friends. Under it there are photos of my friend from some common events. Opposite to this bed is large built – in – wardrobe with three mirrors, shelves with books and on the right side opposite to the bed is a big table where I have everything what I need. Table is so large that it is also under the window and doors to balcony. Opposite to the table is system of wardrobes and shelves. Where I have CDs, presents, photos, books, candles and radio.

Why is my room so special fro me? Because everything is made on the extend.... Expect my room I love balcony. Why? Because it is full of green instead of our garden and there is chair where I learn in summer and spring.

Since my childhood I have dreamed about two storeys flat which is mine and is furnished as I want to. I want to have five rooms, perfect modern kitchen with the best equipment because I’m typical kind of member of consume society. I want to make my life easier in every way so I buy all equipments and ready prepared food.

I would have leather sofa, large TV screen, big loggia, own bedroom with large bed which I call airport it is too large for two people. My children would have typical children room with all those children games and toys. Of course i have to have at least one computer for me with internet access to send mails and to chat with my friend from another countries. And the most important thing is radio, I’m keen on radio....
