We intend to locate our shop in Bratislava first, in one of the main streets of the town, somewhere in the pedestrian zone. We want to use the surface area of about 100 square metres at a rent of 50 000 Slovak crowns. To start this business, we will need some freezing boxes, shelves for our products, cash desk and some shopping baskets and carts for our customers. 8. Objectives
At first, we would like to get our shop profitable in the area where we are settled. If it is profitable we would like to expand our business to other areas in Bratislava and eventually in other big cities in Slovakia.
