Summary:

The pastry are food products of different composition, aimed for fast consumption, they contain of various materials of plant and animal origin. The pastry have to be produced in agreement with technologies and norms for health protection. The pastry belong amongst nourishing complements of healthy nutrition and can be consumed on every day basis. The pastry is produced under constant supervision of an expert and health council which controls the flawlessness of the production and processing of the pastry. All the materials and complements must be also faultless and are required to be of top quality. The control of pastry belongs under the regulation of Alimentary codex, which is issued by the Ministry of Health of the Slovak republic. Also import, stocking and wrapping must be faultless to fulfill all the necessary norms of healthy nutrition and to protect the consumer against non-desirable health complications. The digestibility of the pastry is easy and it provides the consumer the feeling of balanced condition and development of all the structures and functions of organism. The pastry is also a contribution and complementary nutrition of a healthy man and it is important for the energetic metabolism of the organism. The pastry have its own special regulation as for hygiene, manipulation and circulation to fulfill all the criteria of the given product. The Slovak pastry is unique, excelent and desirable on the market.
