Also import, stocking and wrapping must be faultless to fulfill all the necessary norms of healthy nutrition and to protect the consumer against non-desirable health complications. The digestibility of the pastry is easy and it provides the consumer the feeling of balanced condition and development of all the structures and functions of organism. The pastry is also a contribution and complementary nutrition of a healthy man and it is important for the energetic metabolism of the organism. The pastry have its own special regulation as for hygiene, manipulation and circulation to fulfill all the criteria of the given product.
