A Slovak Gymnazium was established in Šurany in 1938 which became a historical event – it was the only Slovak Gymnazium on the teritory occupied by the Hungarians. Šurany is nowadays a town of youth. There are five Secondary schools here. Not very far there is s thermal swimmingpool that you can visit all over the year. For tourists it is interesting to visit all of the historical discoveries putted in museums.
